- Representative Skaggs moved to report out HB 4882 with recommendation that the bill be referred to the Committee on Rules. The motion prevailed 10-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Neyer, Lightner, Alexander, Fox, Kunse, Pavlov, Paiz, Dievendorf, Rheingans and Skaggs. Nays: None. Pass: None. The following people submitted a card in support of HB 4881 and HB 4882, but did not wish to speak: Jarrett Skorup, representing the Mackinac Center. Tim Golding & Sonny Koch, representing the Americans for Prosperity Michigan. The Chair laid a presentation from Michigan Agri-Business Association before the committee. Chuck Lippstreu, representing the Michigan Agri-Business Association, and Scott Gordon, representing the Cooperative Elevator Co. gave a presentation with an update on the Michigan Agri-Business.
