The Chair laid HB 5091 before the committee: HB 5091 (Rep. Steele) A bill to amend 2023 PA 281, entitled "Public officers financial disclosure act," by amending section 3 (MCL 15.703), as amended by 2025 PA 3. Representative Steele testified in support of HB 5091. Questions and discussions followed. Charles Semchena, representing the former Attorney for the City of Royal Oak, testified in support of HB 5091.
