- Representative Schmaltz moved to report out HB 4486 with recommendation, as substitute (H-1). The motion prevailed 10-4-2: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Wendzel, Prestin, BeGole, DeBoer, Schmaltz, Thompson, Fairbairn, Frisbie, Linting and Herzberg. Nays: Reps. Tate, Brixie, Coffia and Myers-Phillips. Pass: Reps. Liberati and Andrews. The Chair laid the Presentation from the Michigan Municipal Electric Association before the committee.
