The Chair laid HB 5031 before the committee: HB 5031 (Rep. Robinson) A bill to amend 2018 PA 57, entitled "Recodified tax increment financing act," by amending sections 402, 412a, and 412b (MCL 125.4402, 125.4412a, and 125.4412b), section 402 as amended by 2023 PA 312. Representative Robinson testified in support of proposed substitute (H-2) to HB 5031. Questions and discussions followed.
