- Representative Xiong moved to adopt the amendments to HB 5091. The motion did not prevail 3-4-2: UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Wooden, Koleszar and Xiong. Nays: Reps. Smit, Fox, Alexander and Pavlov. Pass: Reps. Outman and Hoadley. Representative Koleszar offered the following amendments to HB 5091: 1. Amend page 3, line 1, after "commissioner" by striking out the balance of the line through "census" on line 3. 2. Amend page 3, line 4, after "executive" by striking out the balance of the line through "census" on line 6. 3. Amend page 3, following line 6, by inserting: "(ix) A county clerk. (x) A county treasurer. (xi) A register of deeds. (xii) A county prosecuting attorney. (xiii) A county sheriff. (xiv) A county drain commissioner.". Representative Koleszar spoke to his amendments.
