Bollin, Maddock, Phil Green, Jenkins-Arno, Kelly, Markkanen, Mueller, Slagh, VanWoerkom, Beson, Borton, Roth, Cavitt, Kuhn, Steele and Robinson. Nays: Reps. Rogers, McKinney, Morgan and Longjohn. Pass: Reps. Tate, O'Neal, Steckloff, Glanville, Edwards, Farhat, Martus and Snyder. Representative Kelly testified in support of HB 5630. Noelle Benson, representing the House Fiscal Agency, joined to answer questions from committee members. Questions and discussions followed. Representative Glanville offered the following amendments to HB 5630: 1. Amend page 45, line 26, by removing section 16 from the bill. 2.
