- Representative Rogers moved to adopt the amendment to HB 5619. The motion did not prevail 12-16-0: UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Tate, O'Neal, Rogers, Steckloff, Glanville, Edwards, Farhat, Martus, McKinney, Morgan, Snyder and Longjohn. Nays: Reps. Representative Snyder offered the following amendment to HB 5619: 1. Amend page 227, following line 22, by inserting: "Sec. 617. There shall be no portraits of currently serving legislative leadership, including but not limited to the speaker of the house of representatives, majority and minority floor leaders, speak pro tempore, and house minority leader, in any legislatively owned or operated building.”.
