Amend page 180, following line 10, by inserting: (10) ONE-TIME APPROPRIATIONS Plain language access and bureaucracy reduction office $ 3,000,000 GROSS APPROPRIATION $ 3,000,000 Appropriated from: Special revenue funds: Countercyclical budget and economic stabilization fund 3,000,000 State general fund/general purpose $ 0 and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 2. Amend page 277, following line 22, by inserting: “ONE-TIME APPROPRIATIONS Sec. 890. From the funds appropriated in part 1 for plain language access and bureaucracy reduction office, the plain language access and bureaucracy reduction office shall implement measures to simplify government forms, websites, and notices.”.
