- Representative Steckloff moved to adopt the amendments to HB 5619. The motion did not prevail 12-2-14: UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Tate, O'Neal, Rogers, Steckloff, Glanville, Edwards, Farhat, Martus, McKinney, Morgan, Snyder and Longjohn. Nays: Reps. Kelly and Steele. Pass: Reps. Bollin, Maddock, Phil Green, Jenkins-Arno, Markkanen, Mueller, Slagh, VanWoerkom, Beson, Borton, Roth, Cavitt, Kuhn and Robinson. Representative Steckloff offered the following amendments to HB 5619: 1. Amend page 136, following line 19, by inserting: Sec. 113. ONE-TIME APPROPRIATIONS Dam risk reduction grant program $ 15,000,000 GROSS APPROPRIATION $ 15,000,000 Appropriated from: State general fund/general purpose $ 15,000,000 and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 2. Amend page 157, following line 5, by inserting: "ONE-TIME APPROPRIATIONS Sec. 1001. From the funds appropriated in part 1 for dam risk reduction grant program, the department must prioritize dam repair and removal projects by relative risk.".
