- Representative Snyder moved to adopt the amendment to HB 5619. The motion did not prevail 12-12-4: UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Tate, O'Neal, Rogers, Steckloff, Glanville, Edwards, Farhat, Martus, McKinney, Morgan, Snyder and Longjohn. Nays: Reps. Bollin, Maddock, Phil Green, Jenkins-Arno, Kelly, Markkanen, Slagh, Beson, Borton, Roth, Steele and Robinson. Pass: Reps. Mueller, VanWoerkom, Cavitt and Kuhn. Representative Longjohn offered the following amendments to HB 5619: 1. Amend page 736, line 23, after "FTEs" by striking out "157.0" and inserting "159.0". 2. Amend page 736, line 23, after "$" by striking out "28,487,600" and inserting "28,787,600" and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 3. Amend page 758, following line 24, by inserting: "Sec. 1013. From the funds appropriated in part 1 for child care licensing and regulation, the department shall ensure all health and safety requirements for child care center licensure are met, including documentation of vaccination status among children attending the child care centers.".
