- Representative Rogers moved to adopt the amendments to HB 5619. The motion did not prevail 12-15-1: UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Tate, O'Neal, Rogers, Steckloff, Glanville, Edwards, Farhat, Martus, McKinney, Morgan, Snyder and Longjohn. Nays: Reps. Representative Steckloff offered the following amendment to HB 5619: 1. Amend page 616, following line 6, by inserting: "Sec. 310. As a condition of receiving the full amount of funding appropriated in part 1 for state court administrative office, the state court administrative office shall comply with all reporting requirements and Sec. 205 of this article.”.
