Meerman) A bill to amend 1969 PA 306, entitled "Administrative procedures act of 1969," by amending sections 79 and 106 (MCL 24.279 and 24.306). Representative Meerman testified in support of HB 5815 and HB 5816. Questions and discussions followed. The Chair laid HB 5817 before the committee: HB 5817 (Rep.
