Representative DeBoer moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 14, 2026. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 5815 and HB 5816 before the committee: HB 5815 (Rep. Wozniak) A bill to amend 1969 PA 306, entitled "Administrative procedures act of 1969," by amending section 61 (MCL 24.261), as amended by 1982 PA 413. HB 5816 (Rep. Meerman) A bill to amend 1969 PA 306, entitled "Administrative procedures act of 1969," by amending sections 79 and 106 (MCL 24.279 and 24.306).
