The Chair laid HB 4703 and HB 4704 before the committee: HB 4703 (Rep. Wortz) A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled "The insurance code of 1956," (MCL 500.100 to 500.8302) by adding section 3406ss. HB 4704 (Rep. Wortz) A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled "The social welfare act," (MCL 400.1 to 400.119b) by adding section 109t.
