At 12:05 PM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 12:06 PM, Majority Vice Chair Wozniak called the committee back to order. Majority Vice Chair Wozniak laid HB 4905 before the committee: HB 4905 (Rep. Schmaltz) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending section 16909 (MCL 333.16909), as amended by 1997 PA 188. Representative Schmaltz testified in support of HB 4905.
