Maddock) A bill to amend 2006 PA 384, entitled "Driver education provider and instructor act," (MCL 256.621 to 256.705) by adding section 40. HB 5978 (Rep. Maddock) A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled "Michigan vehicle code," by amending section 310e (MCL 257.310e), as amended by 2019 PA 33.
