The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. Caleb Buhs, Chief Deputy Director, Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget, gave a presentation on the Land Conveyance Process. Questions and discussion followed. Heather Frick, Agency Services Director, and Jared Amboiser, Chief Procurement Officer, both from the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget, gave a presentation on MiTN. Eric Swanson, Acting Chief Information Officer, and Jared Amboiser, Chief Procurement Officer, both from the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget, gave a presentation on a proposed Digital Services Office. Doug Robinson, the Executive Director for the Center for Digital Government, and Teri Tekai, the Executive Director for the National Association of Chief Information Officers, gave a presentation on IT best practices for states.
