- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND SMALL BUSINESS SUBCOMMITTEE ON HOUSING REP. KEVIN COLEMAN CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Thursday, March 2, 2023 10:30 AM Room 326, House Office Building The House Economic Development and Small Business Subcommittee on Housing was called to order by Chair Coleman. The Clerk read the letter from Chair Hoskins which appointed members of the Subcommittee on Housing of the Standing Committee on Economic Development and Small Business. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Coleman, Dievendorf, Stone, Scott, Andrews, Grant, Tsernoglou, Fink, Rigas. Absent: Reps. Aragona, Maddock. Excused: Reps. Aragona, Maddock. Representative Dievendorf moved to adopt Room 326, Thursdays, at 10:30 am, as the standing Room, Day, and Time of the committee. The motion prevailed 9-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Coleman, Dievendorf, Stone, Scott, Andrews, Grant, Tsernoglou, Fink, Rigas. Nays: None. Pass: None. The Chair laid a presentation on the Michigan State Housing Development Authority before the committee. Executive Director Amy Hovey and Mark Garcia Legislative Liaison, presented on the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Tsernoglou moved to excuse Representatives Aragona and Maddock from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent.
