The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. Schuette, Aragona, Wendzel, Martin, Posthumus, DeBoer, Witwer, Liberati and Herzberg. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative DeBoer moved to adopt the meeting minutes from April 17, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4007 before the committee: Representative Bohnak testified in support of HB 4007. The following person submitted a card in support of HB 4007, but did not wish to speak: Jennifer Rigterink, representing the Michigan Municipal League.
