KEVIN COLEMAN CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Thursday, May 18, 2023 10:30 AM Room 326, House Office Building The House Economic Development and Small Business Subcommittee on Housing was called to order by Majority Vice Chair Dievendorf. The Majority Vice Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Dievendorf, Stone, Scott, Andrews, Grant, Tsernoglou, Aragona, Zorn, Fink, DeBoyer. Absent: Rep. Coleman. Excused: Rep. Coleman. Representative Aragona moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 11, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Majority Vice Chair laid a presentation on Michigan Realtors before the committee. Brad Ward, representing the Michigan Realtors, Karlene Lehman, representing the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM), and the Apartment Association of Michigan, Erika Farley, representing the Rental Property Owners Association, and John Lindley, representing the Manufactured Housing Association gave a presentation. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Stone moved to excuse Representative Coleman from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. There being no further business before the subcommittee, Majority Vice Chair Dievendorf adjourned the meeting at 11:33 AM.
