JACK O'MALLEY CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, February 23, 2021 10:30 AM Room 519, House Office Building The House Committee on Transportation was called to order by Chair O'Malley. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. O'Malley, Eisen, Howell, Griffin, LaFave, Berman, Carra, Roth, Sneller, Clemente, Shannon, Liberati, Puri. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Berman moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 16, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4053 before the committee: HB 4053 (Rep. VanWoerkom) A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled "Michigan memorial highway act," (MCL 250.1001 to 250.2091) by adding section 104. Representative Berman moved to report out HB 4053 with recommendation. The motion prevailed 13-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. O'Malley, Eisen, Howell, Griffin, LaFave, Berman, Carra, Roth, Sneller, Clemente, Shannon, Liberati, Puri. Nays: None. Pass: None. There being no further business before the committee, Rep.
