HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON AGRICULTURE REP. JERRY NEYER CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES The House Committee on Agriculture was called to order by Chair Neyer. The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. Neyer, Lightner, Alexander, Fox, Kunse, Pavlov, Paiz, Dievendorf and Rheingans. Absent: Reps. Wortz and Skaggs. Excused: Reps. Wortz and Skaggs. Representative Kunse moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 01, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4257 and HB 4265 before the committee: At 10:33 AM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 10:33 AM, Representative Lightner called the committee back to order. Representative Neyer testified in support of HB 4257 and HB 4265. At 10:36 AM, Representative Lightner laid the committee at ease. Andrews) A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled "Natural resources and environmental protection act," by amending sections 11506 and 11568 (MCL 324.11506 and 324.11568), section 11506 as amended by 2022 PA 244 and section 11568 as added by 2022 PA 249.
