The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. BeGole, Harris, VanderWall, Fitzgerald and McFall. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Harris moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 01, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4044 before the committee: Representative Farhat testified in support of HB 4044. Questions and discussions followed. The Chair laid HB 4090 before the committee: Thursday, May 8, 2025 9:00 AM Room 307, House Office Building HB 4044 (Rep. Farhat) A bill to designate the official duck of the state of Michigan. HB 4090 (Rep. Farhat) A bill to authorize the state administrative board to convey state-owned property in Wayne County; to prescribe conditions for the conveyance; to provide for powers and duties of state departments, agencies, and officers regarding the property; and to provide for disposition of revenue derived from the conveyance.
