- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON ENERGY REP. JOE BELLINO CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, March 17, 2021 12:00 PM Room 352, House Appropriations, State Capitol Building The House Committee on Energy was called to order by the Chair Bellino. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Bellino, Markkanen, Hoitenga, Berman, Paquette, Schroeder, Martin, Outman, Roth, Manoogian, Cherry, Haadsma, Morse, Puri, Scott. Absent: Reps. Reilly, Sneller. Excused: Reps. Reilly, Sneller. Representatives Markkanen and Berman, joined the committee remotely. Representative Scott moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 16, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by Consumers Energy. Garrick Rochow, representing Consumers Energy, gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Martin moved to excuse Representatives Reilly and Sneller from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Joe Bellino adjourned the meeting at 1:05 PM.
