The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hall, Tisdel, Calley, Farrington, Steven Johnson, Meerman, O'Malley, Beeler, Outman, Yancey, Ellison, Brixie, Kuppa, Neeley, Cavanagh. Absent: None. Excused: None. The Chair laid HB 4288 before the committee: HB 4288 (Rep. Tisdel) A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled "Income tax act of 1967," (MCL 206.1 to 206.713) by adding sections 254 and 675 and part 4. Representative Tidsel made remarks to the committee.
