The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. Schuette, Aragona, Wendzel, Martin, Posthumus, DeBoer, Witwer and Liberati. Absent: Rep. Herzberg. Excused: Rep. Herzberg. Representative Wendzel moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 08, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4101 before the committee: The following people submitted a card in support of HB 4101, but did not wish to speak: Brian Gibbert, representing the American Physical Therapy Association Michigan. Christine Shearer, representing the Michigan Association of Health Plans. Representative Posthumus moved to adopt substitute (H-1) to HB 4101. The motion prevailed 8- 0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Schuette, Aragona, Wendzel, Martin, Posthumus, DeBoer, Witwer and Liberati. Nays: None. Pass: None.
