ROGER HAUCK CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, June 8, 2021 10:00 AM Room 352, House Appropriations, State Capitol Building The House Committee on Regulatory Reform was called to order by Chair Hauck. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hauck, Hoitenga, Bellino, Hall, Mueller, Wendzel, Clements, Damoose, Outman, Hertel, Garza, Witwer, Steenland. Absent: Reps. Jones, Yancey. Excused: Reps. Jones, Yancey. Representative Bellino moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 25, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4648 before the committee: HB 4648 (Rep. Tate) A bill to amend 1972 PA 230, entitled "Stille- DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act," by amending section 4 (MCL 125.1504), as amended by 2012 PA 504.
