ROGER HAUCK CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, June 15, 2021 10:30 AM Room 352, House Appropriations, State Capitol Building The House Committee on Regulatory Reform was called to order by Chair Hauck. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hauck, Hoitenga, Bellino, Hall, Mueller, Wendzel, Clements, Damoose, Outman, Hertel, Jones, Yancey, Witwer, Steenland. Absent: Rep. Garza. Excused: Rep. Garza. Representative Bellino moved to adopt the meeting minutes from June 8, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4660 before the committee: HB 4660 (Rep. Bezotte) A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled "Michigan vehicle code," by amending sections 654 and 698a (MCL 257.654 and 257.698a). (H-1) to HB 4660 was adopted at the June 8, 2021 committee meeting. Representative Outman moved to adopt substitute (H-2) to HB 4660. The motion prevailed 14-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hauck, Hoitenga, Bellino, Hall, Mueller, Wendzel, Clements, Damoose, Outman, Hertel, Jones, Yancey, Witwer, Steenland. Nays: None. Pass: None. Hoitenga) A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled "Michigan liquor control code of 1998," by amending section 707 (MCL 436.1707), as amended by 2008 PA 11.
