The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Representative Tisdel moved to adopt the meeting minutes from October 7, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 5072 before the committee: HB 5072 (Rep. Berman) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending section 17748f (MCL 333.17748f), as added by 2020 PA 142.
