The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hauck, Hoitenga, Bellino, Hall, Mueller, Wendzel, Clements, Damoose, Outman, Hertel, Yancey, Garza, Witwer, Steenland, Young. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Bellino moved to adopt the meeting minutes from October 5, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 5062 before the committee: HB 5062 (Rep. Bolden) A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled "Michigan liquor control code of 1998," by amending section 521a (MCL 436.1521a), as amended by 2014 PA 270. Representative Damoose moved to report out HB 5062 with recommendation. The motion prevailed 15-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps.
