JOE BELLINO CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, March 2, 2022 9:00 AM Room 519, House Office Building The House Committee on Energy was called to order by Chair Bellino. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Bellino, Markkanen, Hoitenga, Reilly, Berman, Paquette, Beeler, Martin, Outman, Roth, Manoogian, Sneller, Cherry, Haadsma, Morse, Puri, Scott. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Berman joined the committee remotely. Representative Beeler moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 23, 2022. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 5761 before the committee: HB 5761 (Rep. Tisdel) A bill to amend 2010 PA 270, entitled "Property assessed clean energy act," by amending section 15 (MCL 460.945). Representative Markkanen moved to report out HB 5761 with recommendation. The motion prevailed 16-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Bellino, Markkanen, Hoitenga, Reilly, Paquette, Beeler, Martin, Outman, Roth, Manoogian, Sneller, Cherry, Haadsma, Morse, Puri, Scott. Nays: None. Pass: None. There being no further business before the committee, Chair Bellino adjourned the meeting at 9:07 AM.
