BRONNA KAHLE CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Thursday, March 3, 2022 10:30 AM Room 519, House Office Building The House Committee on Health Policy was called to order by Chair Kahle. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Kahle, Meerman, Whiteford, Allor, Hauck, Filler, Mueller, Beeler, Fink, Roth, Tisdel, Witwer, Pohutsky, Stone, Whitsett, Neeley, Morse. Absent: Reps. Alexander, Clemente. Excused: Reps. Alexander, Clemente. Representative Filler moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 17, 2022. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid SB 247 before the committee: SB 247 (Sen. VanderWall) A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled "The insurance code of 1956," by amending section 2212c (MCL 500.2212c), as added by 2013 PA 30, and by adding section 2212e.
