- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON ELECTIONS AND ETHICS REP. ANN BOLLIN CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, March 22, 2022 12:00 PM Room 326, House Office Building The House Committee on Elections and Ethics was called to order by Chair Bollin. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Bollin, Wendzel, Steven Johnson, Filler, Koleszar. Absent: Reps. Calley, Whitsett. Excused: Reps. Calley, Whitsett. The Chair laid before the committee a Presentation from the Auditor General, and Bureau of Elections, on the recent audit of the Bureau of Elections. Mary Lowe, Aaron David, and Jordan Schafer, representing the Office of the Auditor General, testified regarding the March 2022 Performance Audit Report. Questions and discussion followed. Jonathan Brater, the Director of Elections, testified regarding the March 2022 Performance Audit Report. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Wendzel moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 15, 2022. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Representative Koleszar moved to excuse Representatives Calley and Whitsett from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent.
