JASON M SHEPPARD CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, February 05, 2019 09:00 AM Room 308, House Office Building, Lansing, MI The House Standing Committee on Government Operations was called to order by Chairman Sheppard. The Clerk read the letter from Speaker of the House, Lee Chatfield, appointing the following members to the Government Operations committee: Representatives Sheppard (Chairman), Cole (Majority Vice-Chair), Lilly, Greig (Minority Vice-Chair), and Rahbi The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Sheppard, Cole, Lilly, Greig, Rabhi. Absent/Excused: None. The Chair announced that the Government Operations committee will follow Chapter IV contained within the House Standing Rules Representative Lilly moved to adopt the standing date, time, and location of regularly scheduled meetings: Tuesday, 9:00 a.m., room 308 House Office Building The motion prevailed 5-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Sheppard, Cole, Lilly, Greig, Rabhi. Nays: None. Pass: None. At 09:02 AM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair adjourned the meeting at 02:48 PM, from session floor of the House of Representatives.
