- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON OVERSIGHT REP. MATT HALL CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Thursday, February 14, 2019 10:30 AM Room 326, House Office Building The House Standing Committee on Oversight was called to order by Chairman Hall. The Clerk read a letter from House Speaker Lee Chatfield which appointed members of the House Oversight Committee. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hall, Reilly, Webber, S. Johnson, LaFave, Schroeder, C.A. Johnson, Camilleri, LaGrand. Absent/Excused: None. Representative Reilly moved to adopt Reilly at 10:30 a.m. in room 326 of the House Office Building as the day, time, and location for regularly scheduled meetings of the Oversight Committee. The motion prevailed. The motion prevailed 9-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hall, Reilly, Webber, S. Johnson, LaFave, Schroeder, C.A. Johnson, Camilleri, LaGrand. Nays: None. Pass: None. The Chair stated the committee will follow the Chapter IV committee rules, as stated in the House Rules. Auditor General, Doug Ringler and Deputy Auditor General, Laura Hirst spoke to the committee regarding the Office of the Auditor General. Questions and discussion followed.
