- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON ENERGY REP. JOSEPH N BELLINO CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, February 20, 2019 9:00 AM Room 519, House Office Building The House Standing Committee on Energy was called to order by Chairman Bellino. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Bellino, Wendzel, Alexander, Frederick, Lower, Filler, Markkanen, Mueller, O'Malley, Schroeder, Lasinski, Sneller, Tyrone Carter, Haadsma, Kuppa, Manoogian, Shannon. Absent/Excused: None. Representative O'Malley moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 6, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by Consumers Energy. Patti Poppe, representing Consumers Energy, gave a presentation to the committee. Brandon Hofmeister, representing Consumers Energy, came forward to continue the presentation. Questions and discussion followed.
