MATT HALL CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Thursday, March 14, 2019 10:30 AM Room 326, House Office Building The House Standing Committee on Oversight was called to order by Chairman Hall. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hall, Reilly, Webber, S. Johnson, LaFave, C.A. Johnson, Camilleri, LaGrand. Absent/Excused: Rep. Schroeder. Representative Reilly moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 7th, 2019, meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Jennifer Wayno, Interim Director of Children Services Agency; Louis Roubal, Regional Director of Child Services Agency; Stacie Bladen, Department Director of Programs and Policy, spoke regarding the Child Protective Services Performance Audit from September 2018. Daryl Huinink, Protective Services Supervisor; Ward Beauchamp, Michigan Department of Management and Budget IT Director; Sanil Chowdary, Michigan Department of Management and Budget IT Developer, spoke to the committee regarding the Child Protective Services Performance Audit from September 2018. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Reilly moved to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection Rep. Schroeder was excused from the meeting.
