- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON REGULATORY REFORM REP. MICHAEL WEBBER CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, April 30, 2019 10:30 AM Room 521, House Office Building The House Standing Committee on Regulatory Reform was called to order by the Chair. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Webber, Berman, Farrington, Hoitenga, Filler, Hall, Wendzel, Chirkun, Liberati, Jones, Garza, Robinson. Absent/Excused: Reps. Crawford, Frederick, Cambensy. Committee members took tour of Dan Henry Distributing. Questions and discussion followed. At 10:47 AM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 11:27 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order. The Chair invited Spencer Nevins, representing the Michigan Beer and Wine Association, to give a presentation on Dan Henry Distributing. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Berman moved to excuse Representatives Crawford, Frederick and Cambensy from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Michael Webber adjourned the meeting at 11:38 AM.
