The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hornberger, Paquette, Crawford, Vaupel, Reilly, Hall, Markkanen, O'Malley, Wakeman, Camilleri, Sowerby, Tyrone Carter, Koleszar, Stone. Absent/Excused: Rep. Brenda Carter. Representative Paquette moved to adopt the meeting minutes from September 24, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4184 before the committee: HB 4184 (Rep. Farrington) A bill to amend 1966 PA 331, entitled "Community college act of 1966,"by amending section 166 (MCL 389.166), as added by 2008 PA 359.
