The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. O'Malley, Eisen, Cole, Sheppard, Alexander, Bellino, Howell, Afendoulis, Sneller, Clemente, Yancey, Haadsma, Shannon. Absent/Excused: None. Representative Sheppard moved to adopt the meeting minutes from November 5, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4832 before the committee: HB 4832 (Rep. Lightner) A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled "Michigan memorial highway act,"(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2083) by adding section 18b. Representative Lightner testified in support of HB 4832. Questions and discussion followed.
