The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Iden, Lilly, Leutheuser, Griffin, Hauck, Kahle, Meerman, Byrd, Hertel, Bolden. Absent/Excused: Rep. Warren. Representative Lilly moved to adopt the meeting minutes from January 22, 2020. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4831 before the committee: HB 4831 (Rep. Lightner) A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled "The management and budget act," by amending section 261 (MCL 18.1261), as amended by 2017 PA 21.
