Representative DeBoer moved to adopt the meeting minutes from September 18, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. Bohnak) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending section 18101 (MCL 333.18101), as amended by 2019 PA 96, and by adding sections 16190a and 18105a.
