SHANE HERNANDEZ CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, February 26, 2020 9:00 AM Room 352, House Appropriations, State Capitol Building The House Standing Committee on Appropriations was called to order by Chair Hernandez. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hernandez, Miller, Sheppard, Albert, Allor, Brann, VanSingel, Whiteford, Yaroch, Bollin, Glenn, Green, Huizenga, Lightner, Maddock, Slagh, VanWoerkom, Hoadley, Love, Hammoud, Peterson, Sabo, Anthony, Brixie, Cherry, Hood, Kennedy, Tate. Absent/Excused: Rep. Pagan. Representative VanWoerkom moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 12, 2020. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid a presentation on Information Technology before the committee. Director Foster, of the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget, and Director Gordon, of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, gave a presentation on Information Technology. Huizenga) A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled "The management and budget act," by amending section 261 (MCL 18.1261), as amended by 2017 PA 21. HB 5492 (Rep. Hammoud) A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled "The management and budget act," (MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 385. HB 5493 (Rep. Whiteford) A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled "The management and budget act," (MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 490. HB 5494 (Rep. Glenn) A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled "The management and budget act," (MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 261e. HB 5495 (Rep.
