The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. Aragona, Fairbairn, Wozniak, Tisdel, Hoadley, Neyer, Rigas, Linting, Liberati, Tyrone Carter, Witwer, Dievendorf and Grant. Absent: Reps. Wendzel, Thompson, Whitsett and Neeley. Excused: Reps. Wendzel, Thompson, Whitsett and Neeley. Representative Fairbairn moved to adopt the meeting minutes from September 18, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 5092 before the committee: HB 5092 (Rep. Bierlein) A bill to amend 2000 PA 274, entitled "Large carnivore act," by amending section 22a (MCL 287.1122a), as added by 2018 PA 610.
