The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Iden, Lilly, Leutheuser, Griffin, Hauck, Kahle, Meerman, Warren, Byrd, Hertel, Bolden. Absent/Excused: None. The Chair laid HB 5412, HB 5413, HB 5414, HB 5415 and HB 5416 before the committee: HB 5412 (Rep. Vaupel) A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled "The insurance code of 1956," by amending section 3476 (MCL 500.3476), as amended by 2017 PA 223. HB 5413 (Rep. Wozniak) A bill to amend 1980 PA 350, entitled "The nonprofit health care corporation reform act," by amending section 401k (MCL 550.1401k), as added by 2012 PA 214. HB 5414 (Rep. Green) A bill to amend 1974 PA 258, entitled "Mental health code," by amending sections 100c and 100d (MCL 330.1100c and 330.1100d), section 100c as amended by 2016 PA 320 and section 100d as amended by 2015 PA 59.
