MICHAEL WEBBER CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, May 13, 2020 12:00 PM Room 352, House Appropriations, State Capitol Building The House Standing Committee on Regulatory Reform was called to order by the Chair Webber. Chairman Webber and Minority Vice Chair Chirkun shared memories of the late Rep. Issac Robinson and asked for a moment of silence to honor his passing. The Clerk read a letter from Speaker Chatfield appointing Rep. Cynthia Neeley to the committee. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Representative Berman moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 3, 2020. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent.
