GARY HOWELL CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, June 2, 2020 10:30 AM Room 521, House Office Building The House Committee on Natural Resources and Outdoor Recreation was called to order by the Chair Howell. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Howell, Wakeman, Calley, Reilly, Rendon, Eisen, Sowerby, Cambensy, Pohutsky. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Rendon moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 27, 2020. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the presentation by the Michigan Recycling Coalition before the committee: Kerrin O'Brien, representing the Michigan Recycling Coalition, gave the presentation. Questions and discussion followed. The Chair laid HB 5812, HB 5813, HB 5814, HB 5815, HB 5816 and HB 5817 before the committee: HB 5812 (Rep.
