Representative Wakeman moved to adopt the minutes from the June 2nd, 2020 meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. John Dulmes, representing the Michigan Chemistry Council, testified in support of HB 5812, HB 5813, HB 5814, HB 5815, HB 5816 and HB 5817. Questions and discussion followed.
