The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Howell, Wakeman, Calley, Reilly, Rendon, Eisen, Sowerby, Cambensy, Pohutsky. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Rendon moved to adopt the minutes from the June 9th, 2020 meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 5812, HB 5813, HB 5814, HB 5815, HB 5816 and HB 5817 before the committee: HB 5812 (Rep. Bernie Sheff, representing the American Biogas Council, testified in support of HB 5812, HB 5813, HB 5814, HB 5815, HB 5816 and HB 5817. Sean Hammond, representing the Michigan Environmental Council, testified in support of HB 5812, HB 5813, HB 5815, HB 5816 and HB 5817 and with a neutral position on 5814.
