- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON OVERSIGHT REP. MATT HALL CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Thursday, September 10, 2020 2:00 PM Room 519, House Office Building The House Committee on Oversight was called to order by Chair Hall. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hall, Reilly, Webber, Steven Johnson, Schroeder, Cynthia Johnson, LaGrand. Absent: Reps. LaFave, Camilleri. Excused: Reps. LaFave, Camilleri. Representative Reilly moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 19, 2020. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the following before the committee: Office of the Auditor General Performance Audit Report Office of the Kalamazoo Psychiatric Hospital, Department of Health and Human Services July 2020 #391-0220-19. Mary Jo Kochay, Lisa Harral, and Mike Ventura testified regarding the audit report. Questions and discussion followed. Conor Moore, and Dr. Robert Hill, representing the Kalamazoo Psychiatric Hospital, testified regarding the audit report. Questions and discussion followed. Emily Schwarzkopf, representing the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services answered questions regarding the audit. Representative Reilly moved to excuse Representatives LaFave and Camilleri from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent.
